Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.
If your cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been packed and dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Custom or Special Orders
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
